Description
Maintenance and Safety Notice for Cool Nova Multi-function Vacuum Pump:
- No upside down during transportation and operation of the cool nova multi-function vacuum pump, slope less than 5 degrees, and avoid strong impact.
- Avoid using the Cool Nova Multi-function Vacuum Pump in dusty, high-humidity, high-temperature, flammable gas environments.
- Cool Nova Vacuum Pump is classified as high-pressure gas equipment. It needs to be operated by a professional worker who can monitor pressure changes and turn off the switch promptly on site. Factory with no responsibility for product damage or bodily harm due to incorrect connection or operation.
- There is oil fog released from the exhaust port when the vacuum operation is more than 30 minutes. It’s normal, not quality issue, user can proceed.
- Safety valve must be fixed on the exhaust port. Value 23kg/cm2 (320PSI). It’s NOT allowed to operate without safety valve or change the valve value. Factory is with no responsibility for system damage or bodily harm due to pressure overload.
- Overload-overheating protection valve is included, when
protection occurs, system will reset shortly. Need to check and solve the problem, use again only after troubleshooting. - After each use of this product (or when it is not used for a long time), it should be stored after vacuum itself to prevent dust and impurities from entering the machine.
(Vacuum operation: Put on the suction cap, and turn on the pump about 15-20 seconds, When there is no air exhausted from the exhaust port, turn off the pump and seal the exhaust port.)

Application: This vacuum pump is used for vacuuming and pressure filling of auto air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, etc.
Main Components: Handle, Exhaust port, Suction port, Power Switch, Power Cable, Safety Valve. As shown below: (Oil Drain, Filling Port, Power Supply Port, Sight Glass.)
Important Warning:
Before operating, please DO install this valve onto the exhaust port.
Note: When the housing already contains oil, if you need to add or change oil, please open the oil filling port. After finishing oil filling, do remember to screw the plug back.
